If you have recently received a letter from our office regarding a sale/purchase of property, this web page was set
up as an alternative to mailing the questionnaire to our office.

State law requires the appraisal district to estimate the total market value of property in our district.  The Texas
Education Agency uses these estimates to help distribute state public education aid to our school districts.  To
ensure our estimates are as accurate as possible, we need your voluntary help providing market information.

Deed records in the county clerk's office indicate you have recently sold/purchased property.  Please complete
this brief questionnaire and submit to us.  The information submitted will be analyzed for market trends as well as
developing appraisal uniformity.
